He would go to the other side of the building where you would not see the bosses and just hang out smoking a few and talking with people for about 20 mins.
at my office building i have the pleasure of arriving daily to a posse of 4-5 ugly, fat white women smoking outside talking smack and pissing and moaning about the job their non-educated asses somehow managed to attain. I would say they take at least four 15 breaks daily at the minimum.
it's really a nice touch for clients coming to visit my firm too. "say hello to the snobby-but-still-white-trash-yellow-toothed-lumpy-fatass-tricks-sucking-on-cancer-sticks on the way in!". smokers dont bother me but ugly fat women do. yeah

2. You can't be too "smart" of a driver when you have had your driver's license for a matter of months.

Although my example at the end may lead some to that conclusion, by "right", I was not referring to the Constitution.

1.I hope to never see you drive; especially on the street. 2.A matter of 14 months. Like that matters. I see people who have had their licenses for years drive under the influence. I know people that are 30-50 years old that cause more accidents than I'll ever cause. I have yet to get a speeding ticket or be in a wreck. 3.You can be a very smart driver no matter how long you've had your license. Say somebody drove for year's without one (dumb) but took all sorts of classes and has lots of experience. He then gets a license but I guess since he only just got it, that makes him stupid.

I agree that smoke breaks are BS , but you should just go take a smoke break too , just dont smoke while youre at it. Ive seen 'smoking breaks' take 30 minutes :-/

okay so the spook and the frog missed my point, I never argued that seatbelts arent helpful or that smoking isn't hazardous. Boiled down, my smoking in restaurants argument and seatbelts argument is not a health or intelligence argument. It is a control argument.
In north america freedom to operate a business exists and is constitutionally guaranteed.(Freedom to persue life, liberty, and happiness)
Product or service demands will be met by market supply.
Therefore a product or service will meet the market's demand and is free to do so, and should be!
There is a need for government. However the constitution beautifully limits it's powers and scope.

Sigh. Do you think you will be a better driver after 14 months or after 28 months?

That does not make you a good driver; it simply makes them a bad one.

Speeding tickets are a product of: A) How often you speed. B) Law enforcement (Number, etc.) They have nothing to do with your ability to safe manuever a vehicle.
While it is an accomplishment to not cause a wreck; they can not always be avoided.

Either way he is still an inexperienced driver.

Obviously you didn't read what I typed, especially on the last point. I can't change the fact that I've only been alive 17 years, but I can try to stay alive for another 17 by wearing my seatbelt.
