Thanks guys I am actually in the process of making those panels right now. I am just haveing a problem or maybe I did it backwards of cutting the 5 inch hole for the speaker to mount in. I probably should have cut that then traced out the shape of the factory speaker location. The 1/2" ply wood isn't too thick? Like as in there are no clearence problems between the door and the speaker?
Well I am going to go back to the drawing board I guess and find some plywood and try it with that. I was using stuff that was really thin like 1/4" I believe. It was good but kind of flimsy when you are trying to jigsaw the hole out.
