If i recall corectly you need a car with 1000 hp(or close) raise the ride hight has high as you can get it on the front and as low on the back and take all the downforce off the front wheels. and at like 200-220 mph it does a wheelie and the car goes 500 mph. Its been a while but thats what i rememeber.
