Take an F1 car, give it max camber in the rear and go race it. You will be able to see the difference.
I would like some more control like tire size, wheel size, and I think that you should be able to turbo any car. Or supercharge if that is your cup o' tea. And you should be able to make any engine larger in displacement. I think there is such thing as too many cars, but more cars would be nice, as long as they aren't 53 different Honda Civics
