Are these being made in our OEM size again? Tire Rack seems to have stock on hand. Previous info suggested that they were being dropped in this size.

I contacted BF Goodrich a couple of months ago about the supposed discontinuation of this OEM size. At the time they said that the tire was getting a new model/stock number and that could explain the reason why many places thought it was being discontinued. The guy told me that there were no plans to discontinue it in 215/50/16.

Good to know. I, like many people, may go up to 225/50R16 when the time comes, if I can't work up the juice to move to a 17" package.
