I work at Wal-Mart in the automotive/tle and I have seen quite a few returns that were either broken, missing parts, and sometimes not even the same thing that was in the box when it was new. We never put them back out for sale unless we check everything out first. On the ones that are missing things our manager lets us buy them REAL cheap. I got a 8" bass canon for $5 and a brand new pioneer cd deck with two 6x9's and to 6's for $80 only missing the plastic wrap around the deck.
