Ginded off the letters, filled it, prep'd it and sprayed it with the high temp primer and paint. It was easy.

I used "blue" blue I know normally it'd be something like Ford blue or something, but it's the normal blue color'd hi temp dupli-color paint

Looks sweet~ I painted mine about 5 months ago with the same stuff... only i did mine in White~ If anyone really wants to see it i can send you a pic! But, your Valve cover looks really good!

The only problem I see with painting your valve covers T-red is that it's normal paint and would be very likely to peel because of heat or various chemicals. Talk to Buckshot77 about powder coating if you want a good T-red like coating. He has a mixture down that looks just about perfect and it'll hold up very well.

Yea man it's held up like a champ... Just have to wash it off here and there! Especially when the oil change guys get a hold of my car...! Man, they just don't know how to keep a clean car clean with there dirty A$$ hands!
