The Philipinos are a very family oriented people and the jeepney taxis (and apparently dump trucks as well) tend to be decorated as an expression of family pride. There will often be one overall theme with Catholicism, Western movies and so on being common. The jeepney is actually closer to a small bus than a jeep.
