To give them credit the car runs great, so I still pretty much accept that they are the best ford engine tuners money can buy - but it looks like they are just as susceptible to programming issues as superchips, diablo et al when it comes to finding all the misc. settable parameters.
One last update - they found the speed limiter and asked me to send the chip back for a reburn.
