I've been exchanging emails with Alberto for a few weeks now just to get them to see if they can remove the speed limiter and raise the revs on my chip (which I had asked for to begin with, but they didn't get in the first program).
Scott, Fordchips was unable to reset the rev limiter on my SFG-2 ECU after 3 tries. They were able to remove it completely but not reset it to 7500 RPM. For saftey, I had them re-install the stock limiter. They did do a great job with A/F....13.3-5 flat across the rev range and gained an average of 6 HP. Initially a bit too much spark advance on above 6K but that is fixed and now nice and smooth..
They said they would let me know if they figure out the limiter but I'm not holding my breath..
