Just how much open should the secondaries stop screw be adjusted. I might be (am) a little thick in the head and didn't understand what you meant by "¾ of the travel on the screw".

Is there a measurement you can assign say to the gap between the edge of the butterfly and the bore of the port, like using the diameter of a drill bit as a gauge?
