My recommendations would definitely be:
dual exhaust - Several people on the forums have done dual exhaust so just do a search in this forum.
SVT induction pieces: cams, throttle body, MAF sensor
Superchip
These will probably put you over the SVT horsepower rating.
I raced Iceman who had the SE with five speed and SVT throttle body and chip and he continually ran at least 0.2 seconds faster than my SVT at the track.
