If your CEL light doesn't come on for just a second when you first start the car, the light is probably burned out. Replace the bulb and confirm that you really don't have any CELs or faulure codes. If you have 16" rims, and 205-60 tires you will probably here rubbing when you go over bumps. 16" rims usually require 50 series tires IIRC. (You probably have 205-60 R15) H is the speed rating.
