my right bicep is a (seemingly) bigger than my left one. it's really pissing me off, because i can't seem to even them out. when i noticed it, i tried to lift a little more with my left arm each time, but they don't seem to be evening out fast enough. i am right handed/armed, so i understand that my right bicep will probably always remain a LITTLE bigger, but this is ridiculous.

1) Stop masturbating with your right arm. Switch things around once in awhile. 2) Instead of using seperate dumbells, use one of those curved bars used bicep curls and do them at the same time. Also, make sure you are using proper form. If you keep using seperate dumbells for seated bicep curls, than make sure your form is consistent for each side of the body.

Stop doing straight/EZ-bar exercises and use dumbbells only. ISO curls will work great at fixing that. To think since you are right handed - the right half of your body will get better results is not accurate.

Yeah, its funny. I am right handed, but my left arm seems stronger when lifting with dumbells.

My arms seem to be well balanced. I have been lifting for like 4 years now so maybe they just even out eventually?
