Well I tried cleaning the contacts without taking out the puter.
The problem was still there.
I then drove my car without the chip and the problem was gone.
So today I took out the puter REALLY cleaned the contacts and started to put the shell back on when I realized that the jumpers I put on LAST year were touching each other
. I resoldered the jumpers just to be safe and then put everything back together and drove home from work and......... Knock on wood no problem.
