Just wanted to pass along an FYI.....
Sealed Power offers pistons for the 2.5 and the 3L in standard, +.25mm, +.50mm, +.75mm, +1mm and for the 2.5L only the +1.25mm is available.
All of which are about $23 ea., but you'll need the rings and it'd be a good idea to get the new wrist pins.
I got the new +1mm 3L pistons, rings and wrist pins for $270 or so. The only other option (well there is OEM ford versions too...) that I've found is the JE pistons @ $150 ea. (piston, ring and wrist pin), or $900 for a full set.
JE will build to meet your needs though, and they are a better quality overall....
