Ebonics is spoken WITH and accent in GA, I've been to a buttload of little towns (In Georgia) where it's almost impossible to understand what some people are saying, call me an old white guy (I'm 24), but it's a different language. You ever heard Dre and Big Boi from outkast talk? Jeezus man, now take that and imagine it on some country bastard! It's not english.
