hey we have nyceboi's svt here and working on a new turbo setup or atleast an intercooled s/c setup...anyways we are looking at making a top mount intercooler to use in conjuction with our hood. Is this something you would like to see? If so how many. The kit would include the intercooler and piping from the setup on nirish's car once we get it. If you would want it for another setup we could see about accomidating it.

I will let the big boys handle the technical aspect of this but I was always wondering if it was possible to have the Streetflight intercooler work in conjunction with the hood. Question is, and I am not pro so don't shoot me, is it possible to run and air-to-air setup and also still keep the ice cooling ability with the air-to-water setup? You know, best of both worlds. I like how the WRX works with the hood scoop but would there be enough cooling air flow to make it work on the Contour. Wanna know cause planning to boost the car whenever I can find an easy bank to rob. j/k Just my $.02

Would the intercooler be able to be used without your hood? I might get one, but I would probably fab my current hood up if I could.

Buckshot already has a liquid to air IC for the Vortec. Rumor mill has it that he may send it to me so I can dyno the living hell out of it.

Man, I am interested. Haven't seen if buckshot really has one yet. I am also interested in your body kits, both of them. But I missed the group buy. First I have to do my chip with Streetflight, as the car runs like crap with the current chip.

My kit is finished up, just sending it off to Streetflight to get dyno tested. I'll try to get some pics posted in the next week. Sorry, but things have been very busy at work lately.
