OK, so my contour overheated recently, and it dawned on me that there was no idiot light telling me that there was a problem. I didn't notice the guage going hot until I had gotten off of the highway. Luckily, there was no engine crippling damage.
Soooo...
Has anyone ever considered a mod to make a light come on in the dash, or maybe set off a waring beep, if the temperature reading gets too high?
