samething happened with me. if you didn't torque your lugs to the proper pound, then you can easily warp the rotor. I used one of the torque wrenches where the little stick moves to how many pounds you torque to. I must of misread it because i have the jerky stops too. Maybe a warped rotor. I'm not sure yet. Try taking them to a brake place and having the rotors cut. May cost a few dollars, but it would be better than buying new rotors. Tell me what happens... cause I'm deciding what I should do now.

Turning warped rotors is a total waste of time an money as they WILL warp again. This is due to the fact that the metal morphology is already prone to warping as the grain sructure has orientated itself into a "wave like" formation from the original warping, so once they heat up again they'll warp again. Also when you turn warped rotors you typically have to cut a lot of material off, which makes the rotor become less of a heat sink, i.e. it can't take as much heat from braking as before, so they'll warp quicker again with less heat.
