I did not remove my computer. I also did not use something such as a brillo pad which is why I had to clean it more than one time and then had a problem a week later. It's all good though now and if your a spry teenager like me, getting it cleaned from inside the car is not a real problem.

Much easier install with computer OUT the car.

Kremit and others - thank for the info. Got my Superchip today - one more time I saw how effective Kurtz guyz are...
I could figure it out that was the matter of convenience, but I dunno - maybe I am gonna still install it while w/o removing.... I am gonna post the results...

Kremit - well, not xactly spry teenager, let's see - I was a 17 y o teen about - errrrrrrrr.... almost 25 years ago
