 its on the back of the motor next to the firewall. just follow the spark plug wires.

kevdogg, you said your engine wasn't running. did you let the engine cool down or what,  cause in doing this, don't you risk ing the block with severe temp change.

so besides the coilpack and filter (i have stock box though) is there anything to cover... battery terminals?, misc wiring. meguires has their engine kote that sounds good after cleaning the engine. i haven't tried it yet.

Hmouta,
To answer your question:
HU: Eclipse 8051...waiting for the 8053...someday. Having used or tried all the major brands (except alpine), I am impressed by this HU...it has 8V preouts and 0 noise issues.
Front Stage: Image dynamics CD1 Pro Minihorns and CX62 midbass drivers...this setup sounds awesome and vy "natural" (not my words...an IASCA judge). Downside: many, many, many hours of tuning, experimenting w/ placement, sounddamping, etc. I could still use a EQ for 2 problem spots...someday the 8053 will solve that problem. I tried using an Orion DEQ30 but it's DA conversion takes the life right out of the horns...I'll wait for the 8053 as any EQing will take happen before any DA conversion takes place.
Subs: 2 JL 12W3v2s...nice subs (I had been running MBQs), require about 20-30 hours or more to break in right...they are very musical once you break them in.
X-over: AudioControl DXS...nice piece, easy to make changes.
Amps:
Horns - PG TI400.2
Midbass - PG ZX500
Subs - PG TI800.1
It continues to evolve based on suggestions I receive @ comps, my budget, etc.

I just detailed a friends blazer this weekend.. used the meguiars "HOT SHINE" on it.. turned out BRAND SPANKING NEW.. once I figure out how to load pictures from the digital.. I will post..
