Got to love OK. In the Tulsa Area the average house is around 100K or 10K or 20K less. 150K will buy you a nice 2000 to 2300 sqaure foot crib and 280K will buy you a nice 2500 to 3000 sqaure foot crib dependig on what part of tulsa your in. On the out skirts however it will buy you sam thing + about 20 acres of land to with it.
I watch MTV cribs and see these 3000 sqaure foot homes these stars paid like 5 mil for and just think damn 5 mil in OK you could own enitre county all to your self.
