Ok here it is... I have a kkm, like every other csvt driver in the world. anyways, it doesn't fit tightly into the stock intake port to the right of the filter. It's a loose fit, certainly not air tight. So would it make sense for me to tighten up the fit using duct tape or something to ensure maximum air intake? or (as i suspect) is that intake hole that leads down into the fender area fairly useless? From examining it, it doesn't appear to have any significant air intake function. Someone enlighten me please.
Also, I've been scheming to fasten a 3" plastic tube to the mouth of the filter and run it down to the lower air dam for a ram/cold air setup. Obviously this is not a new idea but ive scouted it out and I think i make it work(although it will take a couple twists and turns). We'll see if I can pull it off and if it helps.
