My personal project would be a red `32 Ford pickup (with its fenders/hood in place). Slight chop and lowering job. It would be red with wide whitewall tires, complete with body matched wheels with chrome beauty rings and center caps. It would most likely have a white (leather?) interior with the metal pieces being painted body color of course.
Its drivetrain and suspension would be as modern as possible. Perhaps Lightning or Cobra running gear? Fully independent suspension with extra large discs at all four corners, functioning ABS/traction control system included. A/C would be a must as would be cruise control.

Mclaren F1 Longtail, what mods i dont know, maybe new tires and light up LED windshield wipers with tire flys and neon lights all over and maybe a giant Wing in the back, and APC Altezzas in the back and coil overs so that my car will bounce all over the streets. And screens in the back, the trunk, and dash. With 22 inch chrome rims that keep on spining when i stop. Oh and 4 fart cannons, and giant honda stickers all over the car, and you cant forget the type-r stickers, also V-TaK stickers and SIR stickers right under the GTR stickers.
Or maybe just keep it stock?

I think that my dream project car is what im doing now to my contour. Its been my dream for the last 2 years to have one of the fastest contours around and best looking. Hoping for about 450 hp at the crank by the end of August. Other mods that I would like to do:
Baer Brakes TCE rear brake kit Leda suspension Hella Widebody kit 19"x9.5" Axis Se7en 3 piece rims wrapped in 265/30/19 tires Custom Paint job (4) Black Recaro, Sparco, or Corbeau Racing seats Reupholstered door panels to black Milan Pre 98 projectors w/ HIDs if they ever get made

I would buy a 1997 Toyota Supra and drop in a huge Vortech Supercharged 454 Chevy Big Block with a 4-barrel carb with air intake sticking straight out the hood. I'd do it just to laugh in the face of the 600hp ricers, even though pound for pound they'd probably be faster.. oh well.. I would still do it.
Also, as for a dream car.. hrm.. Audi A6 with modified turbo's. I love the A6's.
As for a dream car within my grasp.. a supercharged Contour SVT, maybe. Turbo's sound so very "ricey" to me.

Too many, but I wouldn't mind having....
My SVT with a Cossie motor pushing insane amounts of boost netting 600hp, AWD, sequential tranny, roll cage, Morette headlights, custom paintjob, Mirko front splitter, 19" BBSs, Leda coilovers, 15" 8 piston brake kit.
That'll do her.

I thought you were on crack just by wanting to drop a big block Chebby motor into a Supra, but the above is just ridiculous.
