I Am Relatively New To Car Mods And Performance Parts So Please Forgive Me. I Have A 1995 Contour GL Zetec, Its All Stock So Far. I Used To Drive A Dodge Intrepid And I Really Liked The Pick Up And Acceleration That It Had. What Kind Of Mods Can I Use To Improve The Acceleration Of My GL???

What tranny ATX or MTX (auto or manual)

if its auto u can get a high-stall torque converter usually runs about $400-$500 (CDA$),transgo jr.shift kit,and a superchip to reprogram your shift points, ,optimizing the whole intake system;larger throttle body,larger MAF,cold air intake,and ford racing intake manifold,a little bit of exhaust work,and some NITROUS is always nice

If you have a MTX a lighter flywheel quafie Diff, if ATX a levelten upgrade then there is always Super chargers, Turbo chargers, Pistons, Rods, Cams, Intake manifiold, headers, Pulleys, Cam gears, Intakes, fules systems, Well thats a little above and beyond

This best thing to do IMO to boost acceleration is a Shortty header highflow cat and Flexpipe (2.25 inch) then a custom made system form the there with a 65MM TB intake and a UDP setup and a chip for the auot this will help alot. All these parts are for the focus. They will fit or take very little modifiying to fit.

but autozone has APC cylinders.

what ya talking about ya'll??? Wal Mart never had anything like that, it's only specializing in custom tuning of perfomance chips!!!!!!
