Just make up some simple ducts from the air dam, and route them to dump as close to the middle of the back side of the rotor as you can. They don't have to be pretty or anything. Do you really think that would be a good idea since the rotors aren't vented to the inside? You would only be introducing cooler air to one side of the rotor face.
