There are only two places I eat at which serve "fast food:"

1) Subway
2) Boston Market

For the most part, Boston Market is the cleanest fast food place I've ever seen. I worked there for about a year and had no problems with the management or the food. Word to the wise, though, watch out for that Chicken Tortilla Soup. It's good, but it involves people cutting apart chicken into thin strips by hand; they usually use gloves, so that's not a problem, but they almost never take their time doing it. The result, unfortunately, is bones and chicken fat in your soup.

Fast Food is crap and it only makes people fat. I will never eat at any fast food place again that doesn't have health conscious food.
