For a while I worked at the Burger King in Auburn MA, and I can tell you I WILL eat there again (and even the McDonalds across the street from it or the Wendys down there too). Good management with the right priorities plays a BIG role in how the job is getting done.

The dining room is a reflection of the kitchen, I have also learned. If the tables are filthy and floor is cruddy, then the kitchen definitely is; but if they are clean then the kitchen (generally) is as well. There have been places I have walked in and simply walked out because I could not find any decent table, which definitely leads me to conclude that the kitchen would be no better.

I may have a few horror stories about working at the BK, but none of them have anything to do with food preparation or cleanliness.
