Also, I have not been able to find out if the half of the wiring harness that goes from the computer to the car (not the engine) is compatible with the SVT ecm...yada yada yada. Lotsa coll parts I can't use.

Hold on your getting a SVT zetec and replacing the head. WHY? why not just get regualr zetec. As far as stroke and bore there the same. The head and the ECU and the 6 speed tranny is waht makes them diffrent. If you change the head then you might as well have had the normal zetec.
