No TH fix.
Car was traveling at about 15-20 mph, maybe less (I had slowed, then went to turn). Shifter was in neutral, with my foot down on the clutch.
Maybe something to do with the heat, it felt about 85-90 with medium humidity, but I didn't have the a/c on.
