That has nothing to do with it. I don't have to have "been there" to know the man disgusts me. A comment like that NEVER should have been said, even in jest. While he was at it, why didn't he say "I wish she had AIDS and would die." Just plain sick if you ask me. My comment had NOTHING to do with the situation that happened. I could care less if he's innocent or guilty, the man has a habit of doing stupid things to get press. He f*cked in the head if you ask me.
If he is innocent and has gone throught all the the emotional trauma involved, then it's feesable that he could have legitimate a social/psycho/emotional disability. You wouldn't call a retarded guy an ass for comments he made.(remember, this all only pertains to the situation if he was innocent; if not, then he is an [censored]!)
