You weren't there when he supposedly raped her, so you can't judge the situation. Have you ever considered that maybe he really was telling the truth and that trifling [censored] set him up? Doin time for something you didn't really do can really make you hate the person who accused you...And until you've been in a situation like this you aren't justified to comment.
My brother in law was accused of raping a girl and spent some time in jail...She later confessed in court that her mom made her press charges on him and lie about being raped because she found out they were having sex. Total [censored] ! He was fired from his job, kicked off the volunteer fire dept, kicked out of school, and there were numerious articles in the local newspaper that were written calling him guilty before the court case even started.
Women have way too much power when it comes to situations like these...all they have to do is point the finger and the prosecutors and victim's advocacy groups are ready to cut a guy's balls off  .
