He started off bashing. To guess Carson(decent guy it seems) most likely told him to back off after I asked to compare a non-existant kit to mine.

As for the ugly ass box covering up the best part? Are you serious? If you need more 'bling' 'bling' then why do you care if you go faster? An ugly ass box that gave Tom 112 high intake temp at WOT on a 3.0 with a T3/4 on a 90 degree night. After the run it cooled back down to 95. I'll take the ugly ass box.

Hell yeah...I'll take function over asthetics anyday! Anything else and you're a ricer, IMHO.

Yeah your right, that 6 months without my car, rental car, tracking down parts, helping with writing chips, I didn't earn it.

Nothing wrong with SF kit's price. For $5k you get real customer service and some one with knowledge willing to help you even if you do not own their product.

If someone else wants to produce a kit, great. I'll wait to see finished products and real results before final judgement. I did however notice, in the description of stage II it states ceramic coating, SF uses SS, thats more money right there. Sure you can build a cheaper kit, but look at everything apples to apples before you speak.

Looks like someone else finally did some searching.....I came upon ITS while looking to upgrade the turbo on my Eclipse. I saw that they had a kit available (or soon to be coming out on their site). So I e-mailed them for specs, I didn't get much other than this

ITS said -
we use a bar and plate IC
and the turbo depends on what stage we use turbonetics

(in reference to piping and headers) we use mild steel and ceramic coat inside and out
this will last longer and have less chance of cracking than stainless.

Hmmmmm lets see, have any of you heard of SS pipe cracking, I for one haven't . I myself would go with SF since it is proven and what you get with the kit makes the $5K worth it.

This is my own thoughts on the subject.....you guys can add whatever you want.

Greedy makes the best kit for a honda, their kits cost $4Gs and are mass produced and look perfect. unlike the SF which has some welded together ugly ass box(IC)on top of your s#!t covering up the best part. SF makes a good functional kit, but if another company is willing to try and make something for our "discontinued" cars, i'll give em the benefit of the doubt. i called them and they said that they should have some specifics within the next month wen they finish.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder my friend. That isn't nice to bash someone else's welding job!

I have to side with imprtKLLR on this one. Mostly dude to the fact that my car is a lot of show and I need a swank engine bay . After looking at the SF Kit, *as great as it is for what it does*, I can't help but be turned off by it aesthetically and decided to go for the Vortec Supercharger (notice my sig). I'm sure there are other people that feel the same way...

...it's a case of an ugly duckling who went out to kick everyone's ass but stayed ugly...

Now that this kit is comming out and pars price with the Vortec I'll wait and see what's going on - but with the new IC for the S/C comming out soon my project budget has to go up - but for looks I am going that route unless this turbo looks good.

If anybody has a Vortec for sale, i'll give you an entire body kit, hood and widebody plus install or we can work something out.

In any case, you might want to research into it first as it is still in development as far as I know and I'm not very impressed with NayNay's selling skills.

Guilty as charged but the supercharger is functional so I guess that works.
