Yes, they feel like they are working. Just that they are not working for this car. Put it this way - if part of the cement in the raod has lifted almost like a ramp, my car goes over it and the rear end just *smack* down over it as if there was a metal rod holding the rear up - like a horse carriage that has not shocks!
