Most TV cards are exactly the same. I have a TV WOnder VE (just like the TV Wonder, but no S-video in, just coax-in and RCA-in)
These TV Cards are usually based on the BT878 chipset (Used by ATI, Hiipauge <sp>, WinTVgo, etc...)
Dump what ever software you get (especially if you bought the ATI card!!!) with your TV card and use the following (all free):

http://www.virtualdub.org/ If you really feel like paying for TV watching software, I've found PowerVCR to be the best of the lot. A nice little bonus is it has a built-in Mpeg1/2 encoder, so you can master straight to VCD or DVD recordable if you wish....
