Wrong. Old guy owns the mats and can do whatever he darn well pleases. The dealership bought the car "as is" (however they got it), and that was without the floor mats. (If it was a lease, then the dealership dropped the ball or dinged his return charge.) And then YonkeysSVT bought the car without them. I'd have made the dealership get me a set (ha ha, good luck) before buying the car, or drop the price. But thats just me.
