an here is a picture of the maximum speed on german highways - no limit - approximate 250 km/h = 155,35 mph

from the blue? - its original ford europe its called "rs" look at the europe site from ford e.g. uk and there in the part lists
from the silver? - its also from ford europe - specially for this st220
i will collect pictures of other front bumpers and show this soon!

Yes, but you can tune your car like you want. In Germany we can just do "light" tuning. Then many things are not allowed here(f.e. you may not have ANY lights installed on your car - except the standard front and taillights of course).
