And thats what I did. The impeller is cracked.
1995 SE Mods-Resonator gone, glasspack in place (It sounds good, try it). Cracked secondaries, TPS Mod, Removed Intake resonators. Future Mods- SVT exhaust (Wanna sell yours?) and window tinting this summer. More for later. Its my daily driver that I race on the weekends.

Make sure stainless cone in housing is ok, and if so then buy a metal impeller wp (Autozone). If housing needs replacement it is an OEM assembly only, and c/w plastic impeller.

How about a NAPA parts store. They also carry a metal impeller waterpump for our cars.

I didn't mention NAPA because recent post by member indicated they offered him plastic. If NAPA available to you then specify metal impeller.
If only plastic avaiable to you locally make sure its tan or off-white and not black.
EDIT @ 7:30am: Oops, I got it reversed. Autozone was the culprit, NAPA the solution, here's the thread:

The impeller is cracked. thats what mine did! here is a pic.  there it is. it is in one piece but there are cracks which run from the center in opposite dirctions. the large crack which you can clearly see in the pic has small amounts of material missing so that you can see light though it. also, the blades and the pully move independent from eachother. if i were you guys i would change yours to a metal one now. peace.
