OP svtwannab New CEG\'er S Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 38 livonia mi	i took off my cat/res and replaced it with a straight pipe, and also switched the mufflers. i have decided to sell the car and try to make the exhuast as stock as possible. can i just buy a catalityic converter and have it welded on the straight pipe, and can they just cut of the mufflers i have on now (supertrapps) and weld on the svt mufflers? Did you hack off your main cat at the time of resonator removal? But I would point you towards a NEW resonator, and yes they can replace your mufflers.
