I agree with Antonio. I would rather have a car that is built better first before I look for speed. If it is built right, it can handle the speed you're going to want to put it in. 
I hope you are not talking about the Contour....being built better...than what..then again I own a 2000 Zetec! 
I know I didn't buy the SVT for the Ford reliability...But it's nice to see Dodge is still in the spirit of the GLH Omni and Daytona.
