Army here. I joined in the spring of '98 and trained at Ft.Benning, GA as an 11B and more. I had a set duty station and my enlistment bonus(Ft. Lewis, WA; 25th Inf BTN & 2nd Ranger BTN) and went through basic, AIT, Air Borne school, and made it 7/8 of the way through RIP. I sleep walk, so as a risk to myself and others.......( ) I was discharged after almost a year of training.
I'm an E4 promotable (Specialist)in the In-active reserves if that counts

my grandpappy was stationed in japan, i guess it he was there after the war though, since otherwise we couldn't have been there without getting shot. i guess it was WW2. i forget stuff.

3 yrs active as a Combat Engineer ins the Army. Been out over 7yrs.

Now I am a public accountant after doing 4yrs of Univeristy. Questioned leaving at first, but am a far better person for getting out and doing something intellectually. Left as a E4 at 20yrs old.

Oh yeah, EVERY male in my family for the past 150+ years has served in the US/UK military. Many of the ladies have served also.

I was in the Army National Guard From November 1994 until 1997, then I transferred over to the Air National Guard until 2002.
