You would appear to be describing a unique problem that no one has encountered, therefore no replies.
If it was hand wash with a pressure spray wand I would suspect wheel sensor short due to water, or possibly misalignment of sensor if wheel wells were vigourously sprayed. Was engine compartmentt washed as well?
