I have the Zetec and I had mine off.Put a 13mm wrench on the bolt in the middle of the tensioner pulley It wont be an easy fit You will have to hold the wrench just right to get on there.Move the pulley away from the drive belt to release tensoin.Which would be to pull up on the pulley and slip the belt off.
