no, On the tensioner arm there is a square hole its kinda tight but you can get a ratchet down there and from that you look at the stops on the tensioner and see which way you need to pull. You will need a bar on the ratchet to extened up because you have to put alot of elbow into it. I hold the tension off while someone threads the belt on. It s just a pain.
