Man I just repaied my car after similiar accident w/ massive raccoon. Though mine didn't fair so well, it smashed through lower grill-power steering cooler-condenser -radiator . Luckily I live right off the express way. As I pulled up to the drive way my car just started over heating.

Nice work James. Sad that you had to even do the repair.

Damn man that sucks, at least it didn't do anymore damage than it did. How much did it cost to fix? And damn you did an awesome job of fixing it.

Thanks guys. fixing it was easy, at least to me it was. The grill was all jacked up and hanging out the front opening and the driving light on that side was all out of allignment from the impact. It's all good though cuz everything I needed I already had on hand so it cost me pennies this time. It's not a perfect job, I did kinda fly quickly through the filling and on closer inspection there are 2 areas that I should of filled in more so I'm gonna touch those spots up tomorrow. When I'm done you will barely be able to tell. I'm not going to break myself and make it perfect, rocks and bugs do a number on it so it never stays nice for long and my intentions are to actually have the bumper completely stripped and re-done professionally.
ah, and this is a current shot of the entire car. that one still has the se skirts on it!!

Looks good!!! It could have been worse. I know a guy who hit a moose.
Former owner: 1999 Contour SE Sport

There are three ways to do things: the right way, the wrong way, and the Max Power way!
Isn't that just the wrong way?
Yeah, but faster!
