At 8psi you would be at the absolute limit of the ATX. ((8/14.7)*130)+130=200.75HP These are absolute ideal conditions. If you don't have a big-ass tranny coller, you're going to need one. That and an external filter/temp guage.
I don't know about the pulley. If the Honda is using the same supercharger and the pulley has the same number of "ribs" for the belt, it should work.
BTW, what did you do for fuel management?
