I don;t think he will....lets see, IM running on the KKM intake with a RU-3530 K&N, fidanza flywheel, Quaife LSD, 2 3/4 exahust from the cat to 40 series flows (i use to have MSDS) And after all that i saw a 7 hp increase....so id say with all your mods 20 is reasonable...see you ahve to under stand...our cars (because of SVT) are already pushing near there limits (except forced induction, or any major head work...im tlaking bolt on mods) So like many other have said, don;t expect any miracal mods anything shorter than F/I.

Oh and with the AEM intake, make sure that it's inner diamater is just as wide as the throttle body and MAF...also make sure the MAF adapter is wide too (if you have an SVT...sorry i forgot). the AEM was designed for the courgar/stock contour V6 which has a smaller maf and throttle body. so on the SVT it would cause restriction instead of help.

I just got the AEM intake. Its nothing like show on the site. The end of the filter has a cap, so no air from the wheel duct can enter it. I'm going to try and scan the instruction.(which are a photo copy) I don't know alot about cars but it looks like it will be a negative add on. Please give me advice!!

Do you think I should cut a hole in the cap? What about putting a hood scoop over it and forceing air on top of it?

About that plastic snorkel that's in your fenderwell, Take it out and use it for a good cause. Some examples would be to ignite a campfire, beat your girlfriend, or sell it to someone who owns a civic and tell them it's the latest technology in muffler design. Good luck

Do not cut a hole into the cap on the end of your filter. If you do you will defeat the whole purpose of having a filter. You will achieve more air flow but no filtering.

AEM not the best choice for an intake. Use search ... intake, induction, air filters, heat sheilds. Tons of information based on experience. Learn and read as it will help you make the best choices.
