1. Talk to your fiance. If she really cried about $5 (Or even $5000) there is a problem.
2. Give your fiance $5. A five dollar bill if you like, or five ones.
How you deal with the guy is up to you. I would probably just steal his wallet and hope it had at least $5 in it.
