Hey guys...Im airing a personal problem so any/all answers are welcome given they are within the guide line of the forum.
my fiance let a freind borrow 5 bucks....I know its not that much, but it is when she doesn;t have a job (full time student, but looking for part time). Well its been almost 2 months and this guy refuses to pay her back...he always has an excuse and now im sick of it.
How should i approach the situation???? he is a loner (no one likes him...or almost no one), and everyone has told him to pay her back.
I'll be honest...personaly i want to beat his ass becaue he has been treating my Fiance like [censored] about the whole situation....but i know that is not the right choice. Please help guys..I need it!

Being that it's such a small amount look at it this way, it cost you 5.00 to get rid of him. Sounds like a good deal to me.

I kinda figure that....its not really me that hes bugging...its my fiance. She has to see hiom almost eveyday at school....and he even rubs it into her face....The reason i am so adimant about it now is because he actually made her cry one day....that was the last straw for me....I apprecaite your guys input...It is very wise....and yes jail is not somehting im looking for....any one have any "creative ideas?"

If she can't avoid him - that's harrassment, especially if she makes it clear for him to stay away. The school could do something about that if you want to make an issue of it.
Creative? NorCal CEG could kidnap him - bag his head, drive him off to the 1 and drop his ass off with no clothes, wallet, phone or anything - I have a friend who does tatoos - we can tatoo "OWNED" on his lower arms, back and shins. And maybe a tatoo of a dog humping his likeness on his neck.
